A brand new unique fitness programme designed for secondary school students. Sessions will be varied each week teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a fun and safe environment.

A brand new unique fitness programme designed for secondary school students. Sessions will be varied each week teaching the fundamentals of strength and conditioning in a fun and safe environment.

The sessions are great for those that play sport and want to improve their overall fitness but also perfect for those that just want to keep active to help build healthy habits for life.
Programme designed for all abilities and exercises are scaled to their physical development to ensure everyone gets a safe and effective workout.

STARTING 13th October

Years 10 & 11
Wednesday at 15:30

Sixth Form (ages 16-17)
Wednesday at 16:25

Year 7
Friday at 15:30

Year 8 & 9
Friday at 16:25

All classes are 45 mins long
