Small Group Personal Training

Maximum 6 persons for every 1 coach.

We have three different types of Small Group Personal Training workouts, conditioning, strength and functional.

Conditioning

A total body cardio conditioning workout using all the CV equipment (treadmill, rowers, skis, bike-ergs and assault bikes) and free weights like dumbbells, kettle bells and med balls.

Strength

Every week we alternate between lower and upper body, we will coach you on how to lift safely and coach you on the big compound moves such as squats, deadlifts, pull ups and bench press etc…

Functional

Train with purpose, our functional workout is a total body workout which is targeted to help you with everyday life stuff such as bending your knees, lifting, moving etc…

Group Training Sessions

Maximum 18 persons per class

A wide range of group training workouts such as WOD (workout of the day), METCON, ENGINE and YOGA).

Our group training workouts take place Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.

Metcon

Metabolic conditioning is a total body workout using some CV equipment, free weights and barbells.

WOD (Workout of the Day)

Workout of the day, this is the nearest thing you will get to CrossFit workout, a total body workout using all the CV equipment and free weights.

Engine

Start your engines, this workout will work all the energy systems in your body, a brutal cardiovascular workout using all the CV equipment and Bodyweight exercises

Yoga

Breathe, recover and become more mobile with JJK Fitness Yoga.
